For Those Of You Who Have Been Asking Me About Good Healthy Recipes Here's A Good Quick One...Excellent For Post Or Pre Work Out's....1st-Saute Fresh Garlic,Red Onion,Zuchinni,Mushrooms,And Bell Pepper In 1 TBS. Of Olive Oil.2nd.-add Chopped Stew Meat Season With Garlic Salt And Pepper.3rd.-Continue Cooking For About 7Min. Or Until Meat Is Medium Rare. 4Th. Add 1 Can Tomato Sauce,3 TBS. Worcestershire sauce,salt and pepper  And Simmer For 4-5 Min. Serve Over White Rice Or Alone..Enjoy...=)
